Happiness is the result of effort when accompanied by passion and curiosity. My desire has always been to bring about change in myself, in people and in organizations. My biggest passions so far have been mentoring, coaching and a enneagram. I studied mentoring in more detail in my master's thesis, and two books on this topic have been published under my name. I have been a partner to organizations in building mentoring systems and programs. Coaching is my second powerful passion. Coaching came into my life in 2013 when I was studying at the ICF-accredited solution-focused coaching training program at Erickson Coaching International in Canada. I am the founder of ICF Estonia Chapter and a member of the first board. I feel that I have devoted a significant part to raising the culture and quality of coaching in Estonia. I studied Enneagram in America through Ennegram in Business training programs. Enneagram is an ancient system of ego-structures that points out 9 different types of motivation. Ennegram's knowledge allows for an even deeper understanding of people and the launch of teams. Mentoring, coaching and enneagram were also the birth of the Intelligent Group to drive change with its clients, both individually and in organizations. Intelligent Grupp is also an official partner of the Canadian Coaching School - Erickson Coaching International - in Estonia to provide solution-focused coaching training in Estonia.
