I completed my studies as a psychosocial supervisor-coach in 2022 at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute. I have a business management background from the University of Tartu Pärnu College and am currently pursuing master's studies in service design and management (with a focus on the public sector). More than 10 years ago, I came to the realization that working in the business world is very well balanced by that part of me that involves a passion for Eastern philosophies and medicine. I have studied Tibetan traditional medicine and practiced it both in Estonia and Tibet. My professional challenges so far have brought me into contact with the public, banking, education and medical sectors. I have work experience in leading and supporting various teams. I have made my life choices in such a way that I can remain true to myself. This means honesty, sensing boundaries (especially in relation to myself), cooperation, mutual respect and creativity. Everything I do with passion makes my eyes sparkle and my heart beat faster. I am happy that I can work in a field where my work is my hobby and vice versa. As a supervisor-coach, I practice with both teams and individual clients, and among my methods I mainly use structural constellations, visualization, metaphor cards and body work.
