I am a certified executive and team coach with international experience. My mission is to help people and organizations discover and implement their best potential. My core values are caring, development, collaboration and sincerity. As a coach, I am dedicated to client success and development. I believe that the best results are achieved through collaboration and coaching is a win-win partnership. As a coach, I have been a partner to leaders, specialists and teams from various fields. Additionally, I have experience in team and leadership development, coaching and training from an international manufacturing company, where I currently work in the global HR department. Previously, I have HR management and development experience from the healthcare sector. I have worked as a project manager in an employer branding agency with both public and private sector clients and I have international client relationship management experience from a manufacturing company. I look for clients who are development and performance-oriented leaders and teams who are ready to commit more to their goals than to their comfort zone, because growth happens outside the comfort zone. I believe that where there's a will, there's a way. I help you gain clarity on what you really want, so you can see your path of possibilities and know what steps to take next towards your goals. I also support you in implementing performance-supporting habits. I help teams reach a common understanding of what collaboration and performance mean for you and support you in developing the mindset, relationships and skills necessary to achieve team and organizational success. As a coach, I am supportive and encouraging and always inspiring action. During coaching, many good insights may come, but to achieve success and change, you need to act. You leave coaching sessions with action steps, the responsibility to take those steps is yours. If desired, I am also ready to be your accountability partner. I offer coaching in Estonian and English, both virtual and physical meetings.
