The skill of being human is the most important thing in this life. Like all skills, it can also be developed, although it's not simple. My mission is to help people be the best version of themselves, increase awareness and self-confidence, and achieve their goals. As a coach, I start from the premise that everything is fine with the person, they don't need to be fixed. I believe that all wisdom and potential already exists within them. Being an experienced strengths coach, I know that every person has unique talents, they just need to be articulated, made conscious, and purposefully developed. Coaching is primarily a trust-based partnership – depending on the topic or situation, I am a development partner, thought partner, sparring partner. With bold, sometimes uncomfortable questions, with all my attention and presence, I help people see their uniqueness, find internal resources and solutions, new possibilities. I listen, care, encourage, help create clarity. My entire career path has been connected with people, I have been motivated by the desire to give greater meaning to my activities and be a catalyst for change, both in people and organizations. In addition to working with both public and private sector clients, I have participated as a volunteer coach in creating educational sector programs. I am an AoEC certified Executive Coach, Gallup strengths coach, career coach. I am a member of both the ICF (International Coaching Federation) international organization and the Estonian organization.
