I am a psychologist, supervisor, and educational leader working in the education sector. I have studied psychology at Tallinna Ülikool, worked as a school psychologist, and been a member of the board and professional committee of the Estonian School Psychologists' Association (EKPÜ). I have completed international ISCI supervision and coaching training and work as a supervisor. In my daily work, I serve as an academic director. It is very important to me that people can do their work meaningfully, while taking care of themselves and developing. I believe that a safe space for thinking, discussing, and pausing helps find clarity in complex situations. My mission is to support people in the education sector so they feel competent, cared for, and valuable in their work. My values are authenticity and safety, professionalism and collaboration. My experience has been shaped by working in education and support services systems, combining different roles – as a psychologist, developer, leader, and supervisor. My approach is warm, clarity-creating, and playfully expanding, while maintaining focus on practicality, systemic perspective, and human-centeredness. I studied to become a supervisor at ISCI and have education equivalent to a psychology MA from TLÜ.
