In growing as a coach, I have been shaped by previous leadership challenges as sales director in two manufacturing companies and as head of Investment and Pension areas in two of Estonia's largest banks. My success as a leader was born through engaging people and co-creation. The experience as sales director at ERGO Insurance SE Estonia provided invaluable experience and value to grow as a leader together with people and develop processes that made the company more dynamic. Together we created a 180-degree transformed sales strategy and implemented it fully with the team. As a coach, my greatest passion and excitement is – THE HUMAN BEING. My signature as a coach is deep and boundary-shifting. The true impact and value of coaching inspires people to make conscious and systemic decisions in life, business, and self-realization. Working with new-age leaders and teams, I help them create amplifying connections between successful business and empowered people and their choices. In coaching partnerships, I find ways with leaders and entrepreneurs that support people development and business amplification consciously, impactfully, and sustainably.
