I have worked extensively with people development in organizations. Both from a holistic perspective on how an organization can provide a development-supporting environment, and at different levels (leaders, specialists), as well as from an individual or personal perspective. I have fulfilled this role both from within organizations and from the outside, so I understand the possibilities and limitations of both roles. By education, I am a psychologist (University of Tartu, 2000) and hold a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior (Tallinn University, 2003). Later, I have further developed myself in the fields of supervision and coaching (Tallinn University, Der Rote Faden, 2013) and have become familiar with solution-focused approaches and systemic family therapy. Currently, I am additionally acquiring the qualification of analytical psychotherapist (see more at https://iaap.org and junganalyys.ee) and also work with clients based on the principles of this approach. I have provided supervision and coaching in the social sector and medicine (team and group work), but most extensively to public service leaders both individually, in teams, in groups, and at the organizational level. I highly value the depth of individual work, team efforts to become better functioning, and the added value of group work that comes from the skillful application of group members' diverse resources. I have experienced all of this in my work, it brings joy and gives faith in the value of this work. The central method of supervision is reflection. Making sense of oneself and one's work brings clarity and peace, the value of which cannot be overestimated. Moving in this direction is broadly the goal of my work and activities.
