I am a workplace relationship strategist and organizational culture coach-supervisor. I am a partner to leaders and HR managers who want to support role clarity, accountability, and collaboration. It is important to me that work supports human self-actualization and dignity, and that organizations create clear and functional frameworks for this. I believe that behind most workplace tensions are not bad intentions, but missing agreements and lack of knowledge about how to discuss this respectfully. My mission is to support leaders and teams in creating clarity in roles, responsibilities, and communication. My values are clarity, responsibility, respect, and systematicity. These help create a work environment where agreements are understandable, communication is honest, and collaboration is possible. I help articulate what has been unclear or left unsaid. I support leaders and teams in moving toward greater clarity and responsibility. My superpower is seeing connections between people and systems and articulating complex situations so that clarity and possibility for change emerge. I have: studied special education (master's degree) and sociology at Tartu Ülikool (1991–2004); been a motivational interviewing trainer (since 2015); been a supervisor-coach with training from International Supervision and Coaching Institute (since 2018, level 7); continuously developed myself in learning various supervision and coaching styles, including systemic coaching and organizational constellations; been a member of Eesti Supervisiooni ja Coachingu Ühing, MINT international motivational interviewing trainers network, and Eesti Professionaalsete Konstellööride Assotsiatsioon.
