Nothing happens randomly in our lives – behind everything is purposeful preparation and taking advantage of suitable situations. Purposeful development of a person, work group and organization begins with awareness of the current state and future desires, and from there one can move forward with different tools, plans, and strategies. I have worked for 25 years in the academic system and gone through all stages there, which has led me to work in many countries on different continents, where work and living environments have been very different. All of this, together with professional activities, has developed in me the ability to notice details, see patterns and created a habit of asking why it all works this way. For the last 10 years I have purposefully focused on leading people and as a natural continuation of this I also reached coaching. Our greatest enemy is comfort, i.e. Status Quo. Overcoming this is usually difficult and alone it only succeeds for strong personalities or organizations.
