Since 2012, I have created and delivered mentoring, coaching, and leadership development programs for more than 100 leaders and teams. From 2001 to 2015, I served as a manager at Swedbank, last 6 years leading he Pan-Baltic product development unit. Starting in 2015, I am the leader and founder of Kasvu Labor Ltd, which supports leaders development. In 2013, I completed mentor training through Fontes PMP. From 2015 to 2016, I underwent training at the world's largest coaching institution, Erickson International. Since 2017, I hold an international coaching certificate (ICF ACC level) and finished transpersonal coaching program. In 2019, I earned a High-Performance Team Coach certificate from Erickson International. I was a board member of the Estonian Association of Mentors 2017-2023. In 2018 and 2019, I was nominated as the best trainer in Rapla county. From 2020 to 2022, I pursued a Master's degree in Religious Studies at the University of Tartu, with a thesis on spiritual intelligence at work. Previous higher education includes International Business Management from Estonian Business School (1998) and international leadership training in London Business School (2008).
