Psychodrama Practitioner
EestiI have more than 10 years of experience in social work and child protection, including 8 years in local government. In recent years, I have worked at the Women's Support and Information Centre, where I primarily provide legal counseling to clients with domestic violence backgrounds and am involved in several international projects addressing domestic violence issues. I am a lawyer by education (Tartu Ülikool), have completed training as a coach, supervisor, and psychodrama practitioner, as well as practical group leadership and sociometry training (Moreno Keskus). I am currently studying in the psychodrama PC training program (Moreno Keskus) and preparing to enter the psychology master's program at Tartu Ülikool. I hold a level 6 social worker qualification specializing in child protection (valid until 12.11.2025). Having worked in the social sector for years, I consider one of my strengths to be the ability to work with vulnerable people and good knowledge of the social sector. I value teamwork and network collaboration, but believe that each individual contributor should be valued in this process. Supervision is a creative process; as a psychodrama practitioner, I use psychodrama methods, metaphor cards, and other action methods in my work. The choice of method depends primarily on the client and their readiness. I see supervision as collaboration with the client for the client's wellbeing.
