I believe in people's ability and readiness to accomplish something amazing. I know that we have a lot of wisdom and experience within us, but how do we put it to work for ourselves in the best possible way? We notice what's happening around us and we dream, but sometimes we feel like we don't want to or dare to take the next step. A step in the direction of what we actually want or what kind of life we want to live. In my work as a coach, I see how people not only want to change, but actually do change. As a coach, I am your thinking partner who, through questions and listening, helps turn thoughts into words and words into sentences.
