I have 20 years of management experience, 15 of which as a middle manager, where my duties included developing the company's strategy as well as setting the focal points of the field and implementing them. As Head of PR, I had a major role in communication during the merger of two large companies, i.e. the biggest possible change processes. I conduct 1:1 coaching and team coaching sessions in companies and organisations. I have led more than 600 practical coaching sessions. My client base includes younger and more experienced managers from fast-developing and progressive companies such as Bolt, Wise, Directo and Elisa. I have provided pro bono coaching to teachers and family doctors. I am a certified Executive Coach, 2021 ICF-Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and 2022 ICF-Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Some of the words that describe me as a coach are professionalism, passion and persistence. My greatest strength is my ability to create an optimal growth plan with a manager. I aim to support managers in finding solutions to their issues and new, out-of-the-box perspectives.
