I am supported in my activities by previous long-term experience as a leader and employee developer, and I have been a partner in recruiting and professional assessment of leaders and specialists in various fields. I am also supported by acquired knowledge from TTÜ personnel management master's and TÜ business management studies and management coaching and workplace mental health research activities. I value lifelong learning, appreciate continuous development of awareness and enjoy growing in cooperation with my clients from both public and private sector organizations.
