My guiding principle is to trust the power hidden in simple things – that's where clarity and balance begin. I believe that even in the most complex situations, a person first needs a safe space and time where they can be truly seen and heard. As a supervisor and coach, I offer the opportunity to pause, listen to yourself and find balance to discover new perspectives and make conscious choices. At the center of my work is creating clarity and transparency – both within the person and in relationships and systems. My work so far has often brought me together with education and social sector specialists and leaders, but I have also worked in other fields and am open to cooperation where there is a need for clarity, balance and conscious choices. I have worked as an educational institution leader, teacher, social pedagogue, and crisis, grief and experience counselor. I have master's degrees in philology and social sciences, a level 7 social pedagogue qualification with management and trainer competencies. I have completed supervisor, coach and psychodrama practitioner training at the Moreno Center.
