O mnie
As a coach and supervisor, I believe in people's ability to discover their strengths and opportunities so that dreams and future aspirations can become reality. I want to inspire and support leaders in making sense of organizational and people management and implementing changes. I am fascinated by teams, I am a team motivator and help discover understanding, co-creation and collaborative action opportunities within teams. I use a systemic and solution-focused approach in my work. In addition to listening, asking questions and dialogue, I also use metaphor cards, visualization, body awareness, drawing and constellation method as techniques. I have been practicing coaching and supervision since the end of 2019. I have work experience from both private and public sectors, having worked in the public sector for the last 15 years as a policy developer and legal advisor, and since 2019 I have been working as an internal trainer. In 2022, I worked for 7 months as a supervisor and coach at the Social Insurance Board. I received my higher education in law (Master of Law, Tartu Ülikool, 2018). I studied to become an internal trainer in 2019 in the Estonian Internal Training Development Association's internal trainer program "Polished Diamond".
