Coach
I discovered coaching in 2018 through a personal need, as I felt alone in navigating changes as a leader and needed help and support from the outside. Thanks to my coach, I was able to clear my head and set goals and an action plan. I carried the insights from the coaching sessions into my daily management and have seen excellent results through a coaching leadership style. The idea of becoming a coach myself grew within me, waiting for the right moment, until I was ready in the fall of 2023 to join the EBS Practical Diploma in Executive Coaching program. I consider my greatest strengths to be my long-term leadership experience, working with various brands and teams, and my interest in continuous development and learning new skills. For me, shared values are the most important aspect of working together. As a coach, I bring a lot of myself into the room: open and honest communication, empathy and support, goal-oriented actions, and consistency.
