🔷 Enneagramm on Eike töös kolmas võtmeelement. Ta on omandanud enneagrammi teadmised Ameerikas Enneagram in Business programmide kaudu. 🏆 Eike juhib Intelligent Gruppi, mis on Erickson Coaching International'i ametlik partner Eestis.

Eike Tõnismäe is a Tallinn-based executive coach, mentor, and trainer whose work sits at the intersection of three deeply integrated disciplines: coaching, mentoring, and the Enneagram. With over a decade of professional experience, Eike brings a rare combination of academic rigor, international certification, and hands-on organizational impact. She holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and completed her foundational training at Erickson Coaching International in Canada — one of the world's leading ICF-accredited coaching schools, known for its solution-focused methodology. Eike's expertise in mentoring is particularly distinctive. She authored her master's thesis on the subject and has published two books on mentoring — a level of scholarly contribution that is uncommon among practitioners. She has partnered with organizations to design and implement structured mentoring systems and programs, making her a sought-after resource for companies looking to build sustainable internal development cultures rather than one-off training events. As the founder and inaugural board member of ICF Estonia Chapter, Eike has played a foundational role in shaping the professional coaching landscape in Estonia. Her Enneagram expertise, developed through Enneagram in Business training in the United States, adds a powerful psychodynamic layer to her coaching and team development work — enabling deeper insight into motivation, behavior patterns, and interpersonal dynamics within leadership teams. Eike leads Intelligent Grupp, the official Estonian partner of Erickson Coaching International. The company has earned the #1 spot in Äripäev's Training TOP (2019) and the title of Estonia's Most Competitive Microenterprise. Her client base spans senior executives, top specialists, and leadership teams, all seeking meaningful, lasting transformation.

O mnie

Happiness is the result of effort when accompanied by passion and curiosity. My desire has always been to bring about change in myself, in people and in organizations. My biggest passions so far have been mentoring, coaching and a enneagram. I studied mentoring in more detail in my master's thesis, and two books on this topic have been published under my name. I have been a partner to organizations in building mentoring systems and programs. Coaching is my second powerful passion. Coaching came into my life in 2013 when I was studying at the ICF-accredited solution-focused coaching training program at Erickson Coaching International in Canada. I am the founder of ICF Estonia Chapter and a member of the first board. I feel that I have devoted a significant part to raising the culture and quality of coaching in Estonia. I studied Enneagram in America through Ennegram in Business training programs. Enneagram is an ancient system of ego-structures that points out 9 different types of motivation. Ennegram's knowledge allows for an even deeper understanding of people and the launch of teams. Mentoring, coaching and enneagram were also the birth of the Intelligent Group to drive change with its clients, both individually and in organizations. Intelligent Grupp is also an official partner of the Canadian Coaching School - Erickson Coaching International - in Estonia to provide solution-focused coaching training in Estonia. SPECIALTIES • Individual coach for managers, top professionals and individuals to drive change • Bringing teams to a new level through team coaching • Mentoring, coaching and enneagramm skills trainer The Intelligent Group has also been awarded several titles: we have been in the first place in the TOP of Äripäev Training (2019) and we have been awarded the title of the Most Competitive Microenterprise in Estonia. The most valuable thing for us is the daily high feedback from our customers.
