EestiI have been engaged in conscious self-development and self-reflection since 2015, while simultaneously searching for my path and life's calling. Working as a production manager, I sensed that all the experiences I was gaining would be needed at some point, but not for starting another production manager job at yet another company. In the autumn of 2021, I had the realization that coaching and being helpful to people through it was what I had been waiting for and preparing for. My strength as a coach is listening and maintaining a safe space. I always try to reach the root cause of some action, inaction, or thought pattern and bring to light what truly affects a person. I use a systemic approach in coaching, where I take into account that a person is influenced by all the systems they have belonged to and currently belong to (work, previous jobs, family, friends, schools, childhood, etc.). This approach helps uncover deeper layers that may be obstacles to moving forward.
