EnterTrainer Tiina-Katrina Kaber is fascinated with all things learning and growth related. Combining highly engaging teambuilding methods with concepts of change management and neuroscience in learning, she delivers trainings and events that really take teams to a more productive cooperation phase. Running the show at EnterTraining and Catalyst Estonia, her main focus is on developing teams using the concept of entertraining: a combination of engagement, analysis and just the right amount of theory. Additionally, she often takes the stage at different events as a speaker, host and energizer, keeping boredom levels down and engagement levels up! Tiina-Katrina has been active as a trainer for over 20 years, starting as a youth trainer in highschool. Working with topics ranging from motivation and leadership to global education and sustainability, Tiina-Katrina has since settled on the area of people development, focusing on topics like team culture, collaboration, communication, intrinsic motivation, self-management, and more. Her background in youth training has kept her events highly engaging and entertraining. Adding a vast amount of research into neuroscience, psychology, and andragogy, she creates learning environments that truly foster growth and development both on an individual and a group level. At EnterTraining OÜ, roughly half of the events are delivered in English, including training for trainers, effective online presentations and engaging online training events. Tiina-Katrina has a Bachelor's degree in English and uses the language daily both personally and professionally.
