My life experience so far has given me a strong foundation to ask questions that help you reach your desired destination. I have been involved in managing people and processes for over 19 years. I have worked with various teams, both small and large, and experienced business growth and crisis management. My experience includes several different companies, which has given me valuable insight into different organizational cultures and their impact on people's well-being and work capacity.
