Stanislav Voronovski

Stanislav holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of Tartu. He also holds a professional certificate of adult educator (level 6) and has over 13 years of experience in the field of training. He started his training career in 2010 at Samsung Electronics Baltics Estonia, later led the training team in the Baltics and actively participated in the project "Digipööre" as an expert in digital education solutions. Successfully developed an e-learning solution at Euronics and was responsible for the creation and successful implementation of a staff development strategy. At a professional level, Stanislav has undergone several training courses on staff development, training management, leadership and emotional intelligence. Member of the expert group in ESAL (Eesti Sisekoolituse Arendamise Liit). Nowadays focuses on helping organisations with various e-learning needs and creating impactful training videos.
