Drawing on extensive entrepreneurship and management experience, I help entrepreneurs, leaders and teams achieve financial goals and develop willpower so that set objectives reach measurable results. My coaching is supported by both work experience in the financial sector as a sales manager and practical entrepreneurship experience. Therefore, my clients are entrepreneurs and leaders whose daily work is directly or indirectly related to achieving financial goals. Clients' main obstacles are related to attitudes that hinder reaching financial well-being. Value of financial coaching for the client: 1. Formulating realistic financial goals 2. Defining the meaning of personal and team financial well-being 3. Objective overview of actual obstacles in achieving goals 4. Awareness of limiting attitudes related to money and oneself, and forming new behavioral patterns 5. Support in implementing changes and achieving sustainability Combining leadership and financial coaching, clients have achieved within 6-12 months: 1. Increase in sales prices; 2. Growth in sales revenue; 3. Team expansion; 4. Abandoning unprofitable clients; 5. Significant growth in confidence in money-related decisions. The financial coaching service is supported by Harvard Business School Online financial management training (2023–2024), which created clear connections between business and financial objectives.
