EestiI work both individually and with teams and groups. I have completed a 3-year supervision and coaching training at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) based on a curriculum that meets ANSE/ESCÜ standards. I have worked in Estonian start-up information technology companies as an internal coach, sales manager, HR manager, and customer service manager. This has provided me with rich experience to understand employees' needs, goals, and bottlenecks. My challenge and passion has been to bring out the best in people both individually and as a team. I help you ask questions, see new perspectives, to create clarity and find better solutions. If you're thinking about what questions you might come with, here's a little thought exercise for you: Are you achieving what you want? What occupies your mind the most, what do you think about most often? Are you stuck with some issue? Are you happy at work? To what extent do you experience peace of mind at work?
