I am a former professional basketball player who found a new direction in life by discovering how to train my mindset. Six years ago, after undergoing a personal transformation, I swapped my basketball jersey for a suit and embarked on my journey as an entrepreneur. Prior to that, I held various leadership positions in both Estonia and the United States. Today, I am the founder of Mindset Fitness—a gym for your mind that helps business teams, leaders, and young athletes improve their performance and reach their goals. In addition, I work as a trainer, keynote speaker, and mentor both in Estonia and internationally. In January 2024, I completed my MBA in Entrepreneurial Management at TalTech. My master's thesis focused on the profound impact of self-handicapping behaviors driven by fear of failure and fear of success, and how these barriers can stifle professional success and organizational innovation. I developed a practical strategy to uncover and address these hidden obstacles, which has since evolved into a specialized training program designed to help teams and organizations break free from these limitations. As a certified neuroencoding specialist, I am equipped with the skills and scientifically proven techniques to help individuals and teams manage their emotions effectively. This is particularly crucial for leaders, as creating psychological safety within teams is the key to high performance—a fact underscored by a significant study conducted at Google. My passion is to share my knowledge and experiences to help you or your team overcome these barriers, create a culture of innovation, and ultimately go further, faster!
