I believe that everyone has the ability to create meaningful and lasting changes in their life – even when the situation seems hopeless. Working as a case manager and nurse, I implement and coordinate treatment and rehabilitation services. My work is based on systemic case management, evidence-based knowledge and close collaboration with specialists. I am convinced that a safe and supportive work environment is a prerequisite for us to provide quality and caring support to our clients/patients. I consider it important that the services we offer are science-based, flexible and truly based on people's needs. I dare to look critically at established ways and seek better solutions together with the team. My goal is not only to maintain what exists, but to develop – both people, skills and new treatment opportunities. I support the continuous development of team members and believe that the strongest center grows from within, through shared values and a common mindset. I have graduated from Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkool with a nursing degree and Tartu Ülikool with an additional degree in physiotherapy, and obtained higher education from Tallinna Ülikool in marketing. I have peer counselor and coach/supervisor training. I continuously improve myself to provide my clients with the best support and knowledge for recovery.
