I am an adult educator, supervisor and coach. I have been working in the field for 20 years. I have been involved in mentor training and program development since 2005. Founder of Kasvuruum OÜ (www.kasvuruum.ee). I consider conscious and continuous care for wellbeing important for maintaining mental and physical health. As a supervisor and coach, I support perspective shifts and goal setting, as well as movement towards these goals using various experiential and creative methods. I believe in people's wisdom and resourcefulness and wish to provide time and space for their conscious use when moving towards their desired objectives. As a trainer, I support the development of mindfulness, self-care, relationship and emotion-related skills. I am an Imago relationship therapist. Creator of dialogue, relationship and emotion cards. Master of Educational Sciences in andragogy. Studied in the psychology doctoral program at Tartu Ülikool.
