One of the founders of family therapy education in Estonia — invited to teach his specialty in Estonia following the 1989 conference. Harri and Katrin Küünarpuu began teaching family therapy in Tallinn in 1993 at the initiative of Jüri Männik. Worked as a psychiatrist at both Tartu University Hospital and North Estonia Medical Centre. Has published opinions on social issues, including the adoption rights of same-sex couples.
