I also specifically support technology leaders in IT in developing human-centered leadership approaches and agile working methods. I highly value openness, transparency, and collaboration. For the past 10+ years, I have worked in the IT sector, where I have led development teams, shaped product and system development processes, and implemented agile working methods. As a supervisor-coach, my work focuses on: self-leadership and awareness collaboration within teams and between teams change management, understanding resistance to change and building resilience smooth and meaningful changes adaptive and learning teams various feedback and co-learning approaches My supervision capabilities are conscious presence, openness, collaboration, and positivity. In recent years, I have thoroughly delved into change management, resistance to change, and resilience topics. I support leaders and teams in how to see resistance as information and transform it into growth and development. I believe that true development happens in transparency, good collaboration, and safe space where thinking, doubting, and experimenting are allowed. I have completed a 2.5-year international intercultural supervision and coaching training at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) based on a curriculum that meets ANSE/ESCÜ standards.
