Executive Coach
I am an Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) Level 1 certified executive coach. I am co-founder and CTO of coaching technology company Wundamental and guest lecturer at Estonian Business School. I am a good partner for leaders in different organizations and management levels, as I have a diverse background and leadership experience from Fortune 500 company (Microsoft), startups and non-profit organization (JCI Tallinn president 2020). My journey from specialist to leader has created a comprehensive understanding of leadership development path and I am an excellent partner for both beginning and experienced leaders. I am a human-centered leadership practitioner and trainer. Daily I work with leaders and entrepreneurs from both startups and large international corporations. As a coach I am solution-focused and challenging, creating a safe space where you can find the best solutions within yourself and next steps to practically get closer to your goals. I encourage being open to new ideas, believe in independence and creativity, and treat clients with respect and sincerity to create a trust-based partnership. I deal daily with human development innovation by applying artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to help people find additional insights that lead to discovering true potential. In my coaching it is possible to experience a completely innovative enriched experience through technology application, so you can gain additional insights for yourself. In addition to executive coaching, I offer executives and entrepreneurs a personal strategic leadership partner service to jointly solve strategic business challenges.
