I am a trained coach, supervisor, and grief counselor, which gives me a deeper understanding of human changes, loss processes, and adaptation in different life and work stages. I work solution-focused and systemically, using visualization, metaphor cards, constellation-based approaches, and conscious integration of body awareness. I support the conscious design and redesign of ideas in ways that help both individuals and organizations grow. My goal is to be a guide and supporter. I help create clarity, strengthen uniqueness, and shape organizational culture where performance, humanity, and sustainable development are in balance. I am a certified supervisor and coach, Level 6 (ESCÜ quality standard, valid until 08.08.2029).
