EestiMy experience has been shaped through practical management work, HR development, and work as a coach and supervisor. I am a trained coach, supervisor, and grief counselor, which gives me a deeper understanding of human changes, loss processes, and adaptation in different life and work stages. I help create clarity, strengthen uniqueness, and shape organizational culture where performance, humanity, and sustainable development are in balance. I am a certified supervisor and coach, Level 6 (ESCÜ quality standard, valid until 08.08.2029).
