Business Consultant, Coach & Mentor
In addition to my economist and master's degrees in administrative management from TTÜ, I have completed numerous management training programs at the British-cultured service company Tallinna Vesi and the Austrian-cultured industrial company Estonian Cell. This has provided valuable experience in management environments with different ownership structures, as well as knowledge from companies with very different client profiles. In my role as a board member, I have been involved in top management on a daily basis for over 10 years, which was preceded by step-by-step development into a larger unit manager over the previous ten years. In my role as coach and mentor, I consider it essential to recognize and articulate the miracle that emerges in cooperation with the conversation partner, identify the real problem, and find a suitable solution for each unique situation that the partner wants, can, and knows how to implement. In management, there is no one standard hat that would fit everyone in all situations.
