Coach
We all have our own story. I value those experiences that have shown how different we can be, while still needing the same thing: understanding, being heard, and non-judgmental support. We all doubt ourselves from time to time, search for purpose, or are simply tired and anxious when faced with a tangle of thoughts that needs solving. That's when it's good to explore what possibilities still exist and which habits no longer serve us. We become more effective through practice – sometimes we simply need a neutral coach to inspire us to work on this purposefully and reflect new perspectives. I create suitable conditions for your progress – a safe and inspiring environment where you can practice using your resources in the most effective way. I have extensive work experience in the international development and research-focused private sector, and have also worked for some time in the public sector, developing and leading government service processes. As a volunteer, I have contributed in the field of internal security.
