Jaana's expertise lies in areas such as communication, teamwork and managerial skills, emotional intelligence, self-management and self-motivation, stress and conflict management, negotiation skills, and public speaking. In addition to her training work, she has been involved in project management, practiced journalism, and co-authored several handbooks in the fields of organizational behavior and management.
