Karmen Maikalu is a highly respected psychologist, family therapist, and trainer, recipient of the Order of the White Star, Class IV of the Republic of Estonia (2022). She has been practicing as a psychologist since 2000 and as a family therapist since 2013. She has been the chairperson of the Estonian School Psychologists Association since 2017. She is one of the first to bring the PREP relationship program to Estonia. Trainer for the Incredible Years parenting program. Selected as one of Estonia's 100 most influential people for three consecutive years (2022-2024). She offers services in Tallinn, Põltsamaa, and online.
