How to delete your Evoluna account
If you want to delete your Evoluna account, it’s possible. Here we explain the process, what it means, and what alternatives exist.
Account deletion is irreversible. Please consider the following:
Irreversible
After deletion, the account cannot be restored. All data is permanently lost.
Data is deleted
Your profile, services, booking history, reviews, and all other data will be deleted.
Active bookings
If you have active bookings, they must be completed or cancelled before deletion.
Stripe account
Your Stripe account remains – Evoluna cannot delete it. Manage it directly at Stripe.com.
