Working as a case manager and nurse, I implement and coordinate treatment and rehabilitation services. I support the continuous development of team members and believe that the strongest center grows from within, through shared values and a common mindset. I have graduated from Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkool with a nursing degree and Tartu Ülikool with an additional degree in physiotherapy, and obtained higher education from Tallinna Ülikool in marketing. I have peer counselor and coach/supervisor training. I continuously improve myself to provide my clients with the best support and knowledge for recovery.
