Coach
I am a practical person by nature, which was the reason I decided to become a pilot. Today, I have worked in aviation for 22 years, 8 of which as a leader. In recent years, I have provided aviation consultations and training, and launched the furniture and interior design store Perenne Interior. Since 2018, I have been working in parallel as a management coach. My work experience has been multifaceted, which has shaped me as a coach. I have worked in public and private companies of various sizes, where I gained experience in leading international teams. Coaching is a partnership for me. As a coach, I help set goals, think outside the box, and create clarity. I help the coachee see the bigger picture, which I myself saw when working as a helicopter pilot. In sessions, I want to create an atmosphere where there are no wrong thoughts, there is room for mistakes, and which encourages being honest with oneself. I am especially pleased when an idea that initially seemed unrealistic gets wind under its wings and flies higher than the coachee dared to dream.
