Achieving goals with the support of a coach is encouraging and empowering! I am a management coach with a long-standing international entrepreneurial background. I started my career after studies as an employee, then from 1993 moved into entrepreneurship, both as an owner and top executive. Mentors and later coaches helped me grow on the career ladder and make good management decisions. I have studied medicine and psychology, and after leaving top management, I studied coaching to understand and create clarity on how to dive from the top into the unknown, how to set new directions with goals in life, how to rise back to the top from the unknown? Through all these experiences and knowledge, I support both individuals and companies on their coaching journey, both young beginners and already experienced entrepreneurs. My previous business activities as an entrepreneur have been closely related to healthcare, social care and beauty services, and education and charity landscapes are not foreign either. I have focused as a management coach specifically on middle and top management in these fields!
