I'm a good fit as your growth partner if you're ready to learn to know yourself anew and take responsibility for changes on the journey ahead! Know that as a coach and trainer, I'm characterized by great curiosity about how people function! As a result, I've directed much of my focus specifically to self-leadership topics to find answers to the question: "What doesn't allow us to apply our capabilities to the maximum in daily life and why?" I constantly receive confirmation that with greater awareness, we can all take a step closer to greater effectiveness and satisfaction every day! My journey as a coach has allowed me to reach the realization that cooperation between our mind and body is the foundation for initiating and implementing changes! Often we can cognitively say "yes" at the head level, but for some reason we still can't get moving. Why? Under the veil of secrecy, I can say that then the body's answer is still "no". My signature as a coach is characterized by coaching approaches such as: - solution-focused coaching, - systemic coaching and constellations, - body & mind and brain-based coaching. My previous background: 10+ years as a leader, responsible for service and sales results of 50 units, involved in recruitment and development of 700+ people, supported 50+ people's journey to grow into leaders, created and developed 75+ teams, conducted 150+ trainings and 500h+ coaching sessions.
