Coach
With over 25 years as a successful entrepreneur and leader at various levels in both large and small organizations, I have always been a results-oriented team player with high expectations and achievement needs. Through trial and error, overcoming difficulties, solving situations and wrestling with problems, I found relief and solutions in coaching at one point. The foundation of my success so far has been the subconscious use of coaching methods in leadership. Personal coaching experience and conscious learning and practicing of the method has led me to believe in its effectiveness, suitability and usefulness for everyone. As a coach, I am present, empathetic and safe. As someone who understands situations and people well, I can create a suitable environment for the client to discover and develop themselves
