🎓 Reesi kvalifikatsioon on valdkonnas erakordne.

Reesi Valge is the founder of Realcoach and one of Estonia's most comprehensively credentialed executive and team coaches. What sets Reesi apart is not just her certification portfolio, but the lived leadership experience that underpins her coaching practice. Having led complex, multicultural teams both in Estonia and internationally, she brings a practitioner's insight into the room—understanding team dysfunction not from textbooks, but from firsthand experience navigating it. Her credentials represent the highest internationally recognized standards in the field. Reesi holds the Systemic Team Coaching (STC) Certification from the Global Team Coaching Institute—the most advanced qualification in team coaching—alongside the AoEC-accredited Executive Coach designation from Estonian Business School and the International Coaching Federation's Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, valid through August 2027. Reesi's methodology is both structured and adaptive. She develops bespoke tools, frameworks, workshops, and processes tailored to each leader or team's specific context. Her core insight—that while individuals differ greatly, team dynamics follow recognizable patterns—allows her to bring clarity to even the most entangled organizational situations, helping teams align around clear roles, shared goals, and genuine collaboration. À propos

I'm an accredited coach with the highest internationally recognized team coaching qualification from the Global Team Coaching Institute. My experience leading diverse teams, both in Estonia and internationally, led me to realize nearly six years ago that I could create the most value as a coach. This realization led to the foundation of Realcoach. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of coaching numerous top executives and teams of various sizes. This experience has provided me with a wealth of knowledge, which I now apply through specialized methods, tools, processes, training, and workshops, all of which are carefully tailored to the specific needs of the leaders or teams I coach. While every individual is unique, team dynamics and the challenges they face are often surprisingly similar. It's true that no two problems or solutions are identical, but with the right coaching, even the most complex team situations can be transformed—aligning clear roles, shared goals, supportive collaboration, and improved results. That's my mission as a coach. My qualifications include: – Estonian Business School – AoEC Accredited Executive Coach (February 2019) – Global Team Coaching Institute – Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach (January 2022) – Global Team Coaching Institute – Systemic Team Coaching (STC) Certification (February 2022 – December 2022) – International Coaching Federation – Professional Certified Coach (September 2022 – August 2024) One of my favorite guiding principles is: "The best coaches coach themselves out of a job. The goal is not to keep people dependent but to give them wings." – Jesse Lyn Stoner
