I believe in people's ability and readiness to accomplish something amazing. I know that we have a lot of wisdom and experience within us, but how do we put it to work for ourselves in the best possible way? We notice what's happening around us and we dream, but sometimes we feel like we don't want to or dare to take the next step. A step in the direction of what we actually want or what kind of life we want to live. In my work as a coach, I see how people not only want to change, but actually do change. They take one step, then a second and a third, and notice new colors and possibilities in their work and activities. As a coach, I am your thinking partner who, through questions and listening, helps turn thoughts into words and words into sentences. Then you see them alongside yourself, analyze the situation, and finally think about how to get from today's situation to new solutions. And maybe you'll take a step toward your real desires?! We'll look at your goals and the journey of how to move toward the desired results. I'm also happy to help when you're stuck in a career trap, because you should go to work with good mood and positive thoughts.
