EestiÀ propos
Master's degree in psychology (counseling psychology) Higher education in business management Supervisor-coach training meeting international ANSE requirements (completed 2016) I have worked for 15 years with youth with mental disorders in a closed children's institution (Maarjamaa Hariduskolleegium) including with normal intelligence youth with severe and/or persistent mental disorders directed to special care. I have always been fascinated by human nature with its behavior and other mental processes. Since 2015, I work in the same institution as an organizational psychologist-supervisor, supporting teams and employees individually and in groups in their difficult work. My task is also to assess different group processes and employee conditions to find the best opportunities to bring out team members' resources. Before starting work at MHK, I managed a bus windshield manufacturing company for 4 years. I have also led MTÜ Eesti Hemofiiliaühing for 15 years. In addition to my main job, I have supervised and trained other organizations through MTÜ Supervisiooni ja Teraapia Keskus within projects. I have also supported leaders of various institutions as a coach and supervisor. Organizations I have consulted have operated in education, social, and business sectors.
