I believe that every person has much more knowledge within them than they realize. I can be your partner on the journey to a better and stronger you. Every person is different and unique in their own way! Every coach is different and unique in their own way! I have worked in multiple companies as a middle manager or top executive. In each company, I have moved up the career ladder to the next level multiple times. I have experienced great successes, but also very difficult times. I have implemented structural changes in companies, helped "fighting" departments collaborate, participated in development teams, and merged departments. My first higher education is as a primary school teacher of mathematics, physics, chemistry, and handicrafts. I completed my second master's degree in business management, specializing in fuels and lubricants. However, my passion is actually raising the level of customer service and service design. I am results and solutions-oriented and can see the broad and big picture. I am innovative and seek solutions, but I also dare to make mistakes and admit errors. My colleagues have said that I am a leader they want to follow. My personal experiences help me understand my clients and be a supportive partner who helps them become better. Clients have said that coaching sessions with me helped them gain clarity in their thoughts and feelings, and solutions to questions came almost naturally. My strengths are listening skills and creating a safe space.
