I am management consultant, mentor and trainer. Above all, a continuous improvement enthusiast, both in terms of organisations and people. I have been active in strategic management over 9 years, focusing on the development of organisations and management systems. I cooperate with TOP companies in Estonia to develop their management systems, model and simplify their business processes and assess business sustainability to improve organisation results. I have acquired versatile overview of the management quality of various sectors and the most common challenges. In terms of the development of management systems, I consider myself to be innovative, linking the applicable requirements with simple solutions, thanks to which I have received recognition for quality innovation in the field of management system development. Based on the same principles, I help both public and private sector organisations, their managers and teams.
