I have over 20 years of management experience in creating and leading teams of various sizes. I have been working as a coach and mentor for the past 10 years and have truly enjoyed it. My clients have been from both private and public sectors, and I also work as an internal coaching mentor within organizations. I have participated in the School Principal Practice Program of Tallinn Education Department and Heateo Education Foundation. I have shared my experience in creating internal coaching mentor programs with various organizations and helped them improve management culture in their companies. I work in an international organization where training people to become leaders has been important, continuous and systematic.
