I am a practicing life coach and experience counselor. To get to where I am today, I have had to make difficult choices and life-changing decisions. Some time ago, difficult moments seemed more like punishment or misfortune. Today, however, I see that the more complex moments life has offered me, the greater lessons and teachers those moments have become for me. Today I can easily lift myself to become an observer in situations and ask myself questions such as how true is the emotion I am currently feeling, what could be the worst thing that could happen to me and how likely is it that this will materialize. If you feel that you are facing difficult choices or cannot find inner strength, then I am happy to support you on this journey by helping you find a less winding path and avoid the very common self-blame and sometimes blaming others on this journey.
