I am management consultant, mentor and trainer. Above all, a continuous improvement enthusiast, both in terms of organisations and people. I have been active in strategic management over 9 years, focusing on the development of organisations and management systems. I cooperate with TOP companies in Estonia to develop their management systems, model and simplify their business processes and assess business sustainability to improve organisation results. I have acquired versatile overview of the management quality of various sectors and the most common challenges. My mission is to find the right solutions to solve different level management challenges. In terms of the development of management systems, I consider myself to be innovative, linking the applicable requirements with simple solutions, thanks to which I have received recognition for quality innovation in the field of management system development. Based on the same principles, I help both public and private sector organisations, their managers and teams. For me it is most important that the organisation's management principles and management systems are above all simple, innovative and value adding.
