Psühhoterapeut, Jungiaanlik psühhoanalüütik, Kunstiterapeut, Terviseteaduste magister MSc
I am a psychotherapist, art therapist, and Jungian psychoanalyst. For me, psychotherapy is above all a relationship and a shared process of exploration — an opportunity to pause, look more deeply, and begin to understand what in our lives may have remained unclear or difficult to make sense of. In psychotherapy, we do not seek only a quick solution to a symptom. Together, we explore what is happening in a person’s inner world, which patterns are shaping their life, and what possibilities for change may lie behind them. The work is deeply individual and is particularly suited to people who are willing to take the time to get to know themselves more fully. In longer-term therapy, something more than problem-solving can gradually emerge — greater inner clarity, more conscious choices, and a deeper connection with oneself. Psychological change does not always come solely through what we can explain in words. Sometimes an image, an imagination, a dream, or a symbol can provide access to something that the conscious mind alone cannot reach. People who come to me * are going through a major life transition, crisis, or questions around identity * want to engage with personal growth and self-actualisation at a deeper level * are ready to invest in themselves and to allow the time needed for meaningful change. If you feel that you have reached a point in your life where simply “getting by” is no longer enough, it may be the right time to begin a deeper process of working with yourself.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in broad-based professional training and more than 25 years of clinical experience. I have integrated training in psychotherapy and art therapy, Jungian psychoanalysis, and further professional development in family therapy, creative therapies, and other therapeutic approaches. International training in Switzerland and supervision training at the Society for Analytical Psychology in London have further deepened my ability to understand and support the exploration of a person’s inner world, relationships, recurring patterns, symbolic experience, and life transitions.
For me, becoming a psychotherapist has never been simply a matter of completing training; it has been an ongoing personal and professional journey. Over more than 25 years, I have integrated academic education, extensive clinical experience, international training, supervision, and teaching. This enables me to approach the difficulties and challenges people face from multiple perspectives — psychological, relational, embodied, symbolic, and creative.
A Jungian approach explores the individual’s inner world, unconscious patterns, and past experiences that may shape present relationships, choices, and behaviors. This allows for the observation and understanding of deeper psychological processes and meanings that might not be immediately accessible to conscious awareness. Exploring these layers can unlock new possibilities for change and help navigate life's impasses. A creative approach utilizes symbolic and experiential techniques that allow one’s experience to be explored beyond verbal expression. Images, active imagination, symbols, narratives, or songs can grant access to feelings and experiences that are difficult to articulate in words. This holistic perspective fosters the expansion of inner resources and resilience, supporting progress toward personal growth and self-actualization. In a systemic approach, the individual is understood within the context of their family system, examining the complex relational dynamics that shape their ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. This perspective illuminates the roots of personal difficulties within the broader relational and familial environment, facilitating lasting and positive change.
